Orlando Park Tickets - Delivery Details

When you buy on-line at Park-Tickets you have the following delivery options for your tickets:

UK and Ireland Guests

  1. Delivery to UK / Ireland: 10-14 working days. $15 ***
  2. Delivery to all villas and hotels in the Kissimmee, Davenport and Clermont areas. $8 *
  3. Collect from our Orlando office near Disney. $free

US Guests

  1. Delivery to your US home. $12
  2. Express delivery to your US home. Next working day. $18**
  3. Delivery to all villas and hotels in the Kissimmee, Davenport and Clermont areas. $8 *
  4. Collect from our Orlando office near Disney. $free

All Other Guests

* For accommodation delivery, we will supply you with a number to call between 8.00am and 4.00pm and the tickets will be delivered to you with the hour (for highway 27 area allowing up to 2 hours). Card, card holder and photo ID must be present. Driver will also issue you with park brochures and opening times brochures free of charge.

** Only for orders placed before noon on the working day prior to delivery.

*** For UK residents - In order to keep the costs down for you, the tickets are actually sent by courier to our UK office and then sent to your home by Royal Mail Special Delivery (which is fully insured). Please make sure you check the tickets before you sign the Royal Mail form when you get your tickets as by signing for the tickets you are ending the insurance on the tickets and if you subsequently find they are missing you will not be able to claim for them.

Please note that our agent keeps full records of ticket numbers of all tickets issued and will inform the relevant parks of any lost tickets so that the park can cancel the tickets so they are not used fraudulently.

There is a $25 cancellation charge should you cancel your tickets once payment has been taken but before they have been delivered. Once tickets have been delivered, we cannot accept any cancellations whatsoever.
