I ordered my tickets on Monday and received them on Saturday, a full week before I expected them.
Through the week, your system kept me appraised of the status of my order with regular email, so that at no time did I feel at all unsure that my order was not being processed.
The emails were clear and unambiguous, and the order was correctly filled out.
