A glimpse into Magic Kingdom theme park
Magic Kingdom theme park was opened on the 1st Oct 1971, by far the largest of all the Disney parks. It is the first theme park Walt Disney built and is dedicated to the Disney Characters, Mickey’s magical wonderland.
The Magic Kingdom is divided into five distinct areas , all meeting at the top of Main Street U. S. A. right in front of Cinderella Castle. The five lands consist of Tomorrowland, Fantasyland, Frontierland, Liberty Square and Adventureland. Each land is themed to its appropriate title and maintaining that theme is paramount to the parks operation
Magic Kingdom offers a wide range of attractions in every Land and things to see and enjoy.
The first part of the park that officially opens is the Main Street. You can visit some of the shops or eat at the bakery or restaurants before the attractions.
The park is represented by Cinderella’s castle. It sits at the centre of the park marking the top of Main Street, U. S. A and the entry way to Fantasyland. It is especially beautiful at night when it is lit up.
Cinderella’s castle stands 189feet tall . It is built of fibreglass and steel beams and not a single brick or stone was used in its construction. You can go inside tower to Cinderella’s Royal table for a theme park meal however, reservations are required and need to be made well in advance.
Main street U. S. A: it’s a place of small streets. An interesting place to walk through the detailed storefronts and interior decoration of the shops. There are some funny puns and jokes in the signs, so take a close look.
Main Street is the place to be if you are a parade fan. At the Magic kingdom every afternoon there is the Share a dream come true parade. This features one hundred Disney characters, beginning with Mickey Mouse and ending with a fairy-tale finish. The entertainment moves towards the railroad station just inside the gates.
The Walt Disney railroad is a pleasant way to tour the park. The real steam engines take passengers on a 1. 5 mile, fifteen – thirty minute circuit of the park,
During the evening guests can enjoy the night time spectacular which is narrated by the voice of Jiminy Cricket and the Blue Fairy. Guests of the Magic Kingdom are told a thrilling ' story in the sky' featuring hundreds of brilliant pyrotechnic effects exploding above and around Cinderella Castle.
This is a great way to end the day and fulfill memories.
